Nebex Premium Garri
Nebex premium Garri is produced from healthy roots of cassava (Manihot Esculenta), devoid of Aflatoxins, Bacteria, and Fungi. Our robust hygienic production process reduces its cyanide content far below the WHO limit of 10mg/kg. Beside the high carbohydrate content of garri, it contains dietary fibre, and minerals like sodium potassium and magnesium, calcium, and folate. Our fortification with natural nutrient and mineral enhances its nutritive value beyond the common products on market.
The product is easy to prepare by transferring desired quantity into measured volume of hot water and gently blending with a spatula till a smooth pulp of desired thickness is attained.
Nebex Cassava Flour (Odourless fufu)
Nebex Cassava flour is made from fine and healthy cassava roots. It is processed under the most hygienic condition into odourless fufu (flour), with cyanogenic glucosides almost eliminated. The nutrient and mineral content is enhanced from natural sources to complement its nutritional value for healthy eating and living.
This flour product extends the value chain of cassava and reduces the drudgery of food production in homes. It is high in carbohydrate, dietary fibre, contains protein, minerals, negligible fat and is gluten free hence good for gluten intolerant individuals. The product is easy to prepare by continuous introduction into a predetermined volume of boiling water while gently blending with a spatula till a smooth pulp of desired thickness is attained. Cover for a minute with low heat and the food is ready.
Nebex Plantain Flour
Nebex Plantain Flour is produced from healthy green tropical plantain (Musa spp.) fruits. It is processed hygienically into edible flour and fortified with minerals from other natural compounds to balance its nutritive value. It is rich in Carbohydrate, Protein, and contains calcium, magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc as well as Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
The product is easy to prepare by continuous introduction into a predetermined volume of boiling water while gently blending with a spatula till a smooth pulp of desired thickness is attained. Cover for a minute with low heat and the food is ready.
Nebex Yam Flour
Nebex Yam flour is processed from healthy white yam (Dioscorea rotundata) tubers. It is hygienically processed in our factory into ‘Poundo yam’ and fortified with minerals and nutrients from other edible natural compounds. This makes it a full package of healthy food.
It has low glycaemic index, rich in carbohydrate and dietary fibre, contains vitamin B, vitamin C, potassium, Zinc, Iron, antioxidants, protein, and fat. The product is easy to prepare by continuous introduction into a predetermined volume of boiling water while gently blending with a spatula till a smooth pulp of desired thickness is attained. Nebex Industrial Cassava Chips
Nebex industrial cassava chips are made from high starch species of cassava. Clean and healthy roots are processed into slices of required thickness with a moisture content less than 10%. It constitutes raw material for manufacturing processes in secondary industries.
Nebex High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF)
Nebex HQCF is an unfermented flour product of cassava, processed within 12hrs to 24hrs of harvest. It is processed hygienically from healthy cassava roots, eliminating sand and other impurities which could compromise the overall quality. The moisture content is less than 10%. It is also a raw material for further manufacturing in bakeries and pharmaceutical industries etc.
